The international congress of Immunology took place in Varna, Bulgaria at June 22-24, 2012. We presented one original case of a 39 year old woman, who experienced infertility in Northern GREECE the last 2 years.

We excluded that the husband’s sperm would be the problem, and we tested different parameters in the woman.

All markers were normal except NK cell activity, which was suppressed effectively with intravenous infusions.

Successful pregnancy occurred at the second infusion and it was the first case in Greece that was approached by just regulating the immunological factors that affect pregnancy or IVF failures.
